Northumberland Public Library will host an English Tea on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Only 50 tickets will be sold. The tea will benefit the many programs sponsored by the Friends of Northumberland Public Library. Tickets can be purchased at the Library.
