There are many ways you can participate at our library. One of our biggest advocates are our Friends of the Library (FOL). Community support is reflected in the programs and contributions of the Friends. Their programs support the library’s role as a community and social center. Many fun and interesting events are offered by our Friends: Arts Alive! Books Alive!, Social events, holiday gatherings, and member travel programs are just a few examples. Every year, Friends provide much needed funds for library materials and resources to support services to members of our library community. We could not achieve our goals without them, so please consider becoming a Friend of Northumberland Public Library.
