ARTHUR S. NEWMAN

It was to be an evening of bliss and folly. The expectations of the guests were only overshadowed by the awe of being invited to the auspicious occasion. Many had longed to dine with the host, but only a fortunate few were chosen.

By the end of the night someone will be awarded a wealth unattainable by most. To be clear, wealth comes in many different forms, knowledge being the foremost of all the rest. For those who tend to shun knowledge being the foremost of all encouraged to understand that knowledge begets fortune, fame and power.

The pursuit of fortune, fame and power does not come without cost. Be forewarned some have sold their very lives to achieve these varied heights. Many have abandoned their families to taste the nectar of their fruitage. Others have committed a multitude of crimes to achieve just one of the aforementioned perceived obstacles to success. Even the taking of another life.

There is ot one person who has not dreamt of the wealth that Dewey Manor represents. There have been many other heirs to its fortune but none were like Dewey D. Sysemille. You should know that Dewey is not his real name but a title that the heir receives at his or her coronation.

However his fate is just as all of us, the great equalizer that stalks us all.

Before he yields to this captor he must choose a successor of the inheritance that was passed to him and to those that came before him.
