Winners of The Inflation Busting Lottery
The friends of Northumberland Public Library held the drawing for their Inflation Busting Lottery at theHeathsville Farmer’s Market on September 16th. Northumberland County Supervisor James Long drew the winners as hopeful ticket holders looked on.
